Our standard UPS delivery collects on the next working day; however, we also offer the option to upgrade to a same day delivery service. If you don't want to wait home all day for the courier, UPS Access Points enable you to drop your parcel at a local shop.
For most locations UPS makes 3 delivery attempts standard, however in some countries if delivery fails they will automatically drop your shipment at the local access point for you to collect.
UPS may deliver to a safe place such as a porch or a neighbour; if you require a guaranteed signature then upgrade to our signature required option.

When using the UPS worldwide express service to send a parcel or to export items outside of Europe, your shipment will be subject to customs clearance and you will require additional paperwork, whichFastway® will help you produce. Packages travelling through customs can incur delays, and will likely be liable for import duty and tax, which is payable by the recipient.
We offer great UPS UK and international shipping rates and all our UPS quotes include all applicable charges so there are no nasty surprises. UPS do, however, have some quite high surcharges for heavy and bulky parcels so it's important you enter accurate dimensions when you get your online quote.
